By booking your session, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that all payments are final. ⏳ 2. Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a forfeited session fee. 🔁 3. Rescheduling Clients who cancel within the 48-hour window may reschedule their session one time at no additional charge. 🚫 4. No-Show Policy If you miss your appointment without prior notice, it will be treated as a no-show, and the full session fee will be applied. No exceptions.
